"Anatomy of a Siren", "Siren School" & 'Siren PHD" –  Terms & Conditions

Our core ethos for The Femme Guide is to teach feminine and masculine energy in a way which empowers you and those around you. We practice what we preach, and part of that involves clearly setting out how we will deliver our services to you from the outset. If you are planning to join Anatomy of a Siren or Siren School or Siren PHD (“the Programme”), then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.

Programme Terms: Key Details

The terms cannot be varied, and in proceeding to purchase the Programme, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Femme Guide Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Femme Guide Ltd (“we”, “our” "company" or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the programme. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

Programme Outline

Anatomy of a Siren, Siren School and Siren PHD are courses for women who want to level up using their feminine energy. The programme is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.

The aim is to provide support and guidance on how to become more confident, charming and seductive using dark feminine energy.

The information is not tailored to any specific field or type of woman but includes information that has been tested and used across a range of clients and students. It is also focused and designed for those embarking on their level-up journey. Whilst it may be useful for those who have been invested in personal development for a number of years but who have never explored feminine energy or charisma, the membership is best suited to those who are new to learning seduction or new to dark feminine energy.

Should you need specific or bespoke support, then please contact us to enquire about our one-to-one services.

Programme Specifics

There are  two key elements to the programme:

  • Self-study classes
  • Group Calls

Group Calls

The group calls will be led by Cat Shanu. From time to time they may also be joined by expert coaches and consultants who are specialists in different areas of self and professional development.

The group calls will take place via Zoom (or another similar video conferencing platform) for approximately 45 minutes. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the video calls will take place at the same time and day three times a month and we will notify you of the times via email.

During each live session, you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered by the coach. At times, you may be invited to try hot seat coaching, where the coach will lead you through a focused coaching session in front of the group. This will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your own circumstances and get support.

The information and guidance shared will be based on the coach's personal experience and the experience of her students and clients.

Clips from group calls may also be used publicly for marketing and other promotional purposes.

Self-Study

In addition to the group calls there may be materials provided for self-study. This may include call replays, downloadable materials and checklists or homework. For best results you should work through replays or any additional resources in your own time. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to learn from the tips and guidance shared in the group calls.

From time to the coach may post and offer support in the community platform but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded to immediately or that any direct messages will be monitored.

Course materials and group call recordings will be available to view 3 months after the programme has finished. After this period, you will be provided with a link to a private page which will contain the materials for you to view, and the programme will subsequently be removed from your product library.

Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise a community if provided, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the group and/or the content within the group at any time.

Behaviour

It is requested that, at all times, your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the membership immediately.
