"VIF Lite" and "The Femininity Club" – Membership Terms & Conditions
Our core ethos for The Femme Guide is to teach feminine and masculine energy in a way which empowers you and those around you. We practice what we preach, and part of that involves clearly setting out how we will deliver our services to you from the outset. If you are planning to join VIF Lite or The Femininity Club (“the Membership”), then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.
Membership Terms: Key Details
The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase the Membership you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Femme Guide Ltd. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Femme Guide Ltd (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.
Memberships Outline
VIF Lite and The Femininity Club are membership platforms for women who want to level up using their feminine energy. The membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.
The aim is to provide support and guidance on how to become more confident, charming and seductive using femininity.
The information is not tailored to any specific field or type of woman but includes information that has been tested and used across a range of clients and students. It is also focused and designed for those embarking on their level-up journey. Whilst it may be useful for those who have been invested in personal development for a number of years but who have never explored feminine energy or charisma, the membership is best suited to those who are new to levelling up or new to femininity.

Membership Specifics
There is one key element to the membership:
- Monthly Group Calls
Group Calls
The group calls will be led by Cat Shanu. From time to time they may also be joined by expert coaches and consultants who are specialists in different areas of self and professional development.
The group calls will take place, either directly in The Femininity Portal or via Zoom (or another similar video conferencing platform) for approximately 30 minutes. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances, the video calls will take place at the same time and day each month and we will notify you of the times via email.
During each live session, you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered by the coach. At times, you may be invited to try hot seat coaching, where the coach will lead you through a focused coaching session in front of the group. This will provide you with the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your own circumstances and get support.
The information and guidance shared will be based on the coach's personal experience and the experience of her students and clients.
Clips from Hot Seat coaching may also be used publicly for marketing and other promotional purposes.
Self-Study
In addition to the group calls there may be materials provided for self-study. This may include call replays, downloadable materials and checklists or homework. For best results you should work through replays or any additional resources in your own time. Failure to complete the self-study materials may limit your ability to learn from the tips and guidance shared in the group calls.
From time to the coach may post and offer support in the community platform but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded to immediately or that any direct messages will be monitored.
Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise a community if provided, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the group and/or the content within the group at any time.
Behaviour
It is requested that at all times your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove you from the membership immediately.
Disclaimers
The aim of the membership is to provide you with the tools and understanding to use your feminine energy to your advantage. As an individual, your success is personal to you, and whilst the strategies and techniques which we will provide are tested, it is not intended that you will watch a video or read a workbook and that you will instantly transform overnight.
We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. Each individual is unique and their level up journey and capabilities are unique to them. The aim is that by working through the calls and resources and taking advantage of all of the elements which the membership has to offer you will have new information, strategies and techniques to create a life you love.
All information provided will be general information and guidance and will not be bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information within the membership. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make.
No content in these memberships should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention, you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately.
We ask that all members in the memberships respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy. We will not be responsible for the action of any members including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the membership.
Contact and Schedule
It is the intention that the membership will run continuously and that any training material, live Q&As and live masterclass sessions will be provided as set out above. Should an unforeseen reason arise which cause a session(s) to be postponed they will be re-arranged as soon as possible.
Throughout the membership we will be available by email Monday to Friday between 11am to 5pm via "[email protected]" and will respond within 72 hours during the hours stated.
If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence.
You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live and some will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership and where we can we may respond to you out of hours but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible.
Payment Terms
The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription, you will agree to monthly or yearly payments via PayPal, Stripe or Kajabi, which will be taken on the same day each month or year in accordance with the Auto-Renewal Terms outlined below. You understand you are responsible for the full payment each month or year and agree to pay the sum requested electronically.
The membership subscription is monthly/ yearly and you can leave at any point. If you do leave and re-join at a later date, you will lose the membership rate on which you are currently subscribed and whilst we would be happy to welcome you back, the membership fees may have increased.
Should you fail to make timely payments, or if additional payments for other iffers under The Femme Guide cannot be processed, you understand your access to all offers and products purchased under The Company may be restricted if payment is not made within 1 day of the date it is due.
If payment is not made on the date it is due, we will continue to attempt to charge you via the membership site software; if and when the payment goes through, you will again receive full access to the membership site and other offers you have purchased (so long as you do not have an outstanding balance for any other offer). If payment is not collected, your access will remain restricted, and you will carry a balance on your account showing the month(s) owed. You must bring your account completely current to be granted access to the product portals. This ill affect your ability to view any other offers purchased under the Company.
We reserve the right to cancel your access to the Memberships should you fail to make additional payments per the Auto-Renewal Terms outlined below. Should this occur, you understand you are not entitled to a refund of funds already issued to us for access to any of your products/subscriptions.
If payment continues to be unsuccessful after fourteen (14) days, your membership shall be revoked and permanently cancelled. Should you wish to rejoin The Membership, after this period, you must do so at the current price the membership is being offered, which we reserve the right to increase at any time for future launches.
Should you wish to cancel you can do so through your online portal/please email us and we can support you in cancelling your subscription. Should you seek to cancel the subscription close to the billing period renewal date you may still be charged for a further month during which you can continue to use the benefits of the membership.
AUTO-RENEWAL AGREEMENT
You understand and agree that continued access to The Memberships requires recurring monthly or recurring annual payments that you will make on the day of the month or year on which they signed up (For example, if you join The Femininity Club on the 5th of the month via monthly membership, you will continue to be charged on the 5th of every month thereafter).
If you elect to be charged monthly: by purchasing access and agreeing to these Terms of Use, you understand you will be automatically charged each month via the same card or manner in which the initial payment was made for the following month of membership. This process will repeat each month unless and until you properly cancel your membership.
If you elect to be charged annually: by purchasing access and agreeing to these Terms of Use, you understand you will be automatically charged each year via the same card or manner in which the initial payment was made, for the following year of membership. This process will repeat each year unless and until you properly cancel your membership
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found via courses.thefemmeguide.com/privacy-policy.
We utilise Kajabi to manage our communications with you and from time to time may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool.
During the course of the membership you may have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others on the course. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other member.
You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the membership. Should you decide to leave the Membership then you remain bound by the confidentiality and privacy obligations.
Refunds and Cancellation
It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and find educational content, networking opportunities and form friendships. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership.
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the initial subscription date. Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected], and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.
In the event that one or more training sessions have already taken place, or masterclasses accessed within the first 14 days following your subscription, you are still entitled to request a refund but the value of the session(s) or masterclasses shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which have been borne by us in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the membership.
There is no obligation on us to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14-day cancellation period.
Should you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time more than 72 hours before the charge is scheduled to withdraw. Any requests for cancellation made less than 72 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge your card, or made subsequent to the charge, will take effect the following month.
HOW TO CANCEL: In order to cancel a membership, you must send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject line MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION, including the your name, email address, and confirmation of request to terminate your membership. You will be notified upon our receipt of the email, and your membership will subsequently be cancelled prior to the following billing period, assuming it is more than 72 hours away.
You understand that should you cancel your membership through any other means except emailing as outlined above, you will IMMEDIATELY loose access to the membership and all it's components.
As outlined above, if you cancel your membership less than 72 hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge your card, you acknowledge and agree you will be charged for the next month (or year, if billed annually), and the cancellation will take effect following this. Should this occur, you will have access to The Membership for the month (or year) in which you paid, with membership terminating at the end of the last paid month/year.
If you purchased access to The Membership during a period in which a free month(s), or trial period was granted, you understand you will be automatically charged the full monthly/ yearly amount following the end of the trial period. You will not be given any additional notice regarding the end of the trial period.
By checking the box on the purchase page confirming your agreement to these Terms, you also confirm you are given your unequivocal, clear, affirmative consent to your agreement with these automatic renewal terms and the cancellation policy and that you understand how to cancel before your card is charged for the following month.
We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstance a refund will be provided for the remainder of that month as applicable.
Intellectual Property
During your time as a member you may be provided with course materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the programme this should be made to made in writing to Cat Shanu at [email protected].
Frequently Asked Questions
- What happens if I can’t make a live session?
As far as possible, the group calls will be held in the Community App or via Zoom. They will be recorded and the link to watch will be sent to you within 48 hours following the end of a live session (for VIF Lite) or viewable in t.e community portal (for The Femininity Club) From time to time technology may fail and the recording may be unavailable or of poor visual or sound quality but we do aim to record all live sessions.
- What if I need additional support?
Additional support can be offered to each member in the form of 1:1 support or guidance. We are happy to support you as required, please contact us directly, additional charges will apply.
- What if I am ill during the membership?
If you are ill or unable to attend a live session for any reason you will be able to watch the recording of that session. If you are ill for an extended period please let us know and we will support you wherever we can.
General
We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.
